STEP 1 – ENTRIES 2019
Download the entry form and save this to your computer. [2019 Entry Form]
There are 3 (work)sheets in this file – Boys, Girls & Relays. Please ensure the correct data goes into the correct sheet.
Make sure to enter the School Name in the first column. This is only needed once.
Enter the athlete’s first name, surname and age grade (M, J, I or S) and then put an X in the box for each event – max 2 events per athlete + 1 relay. PLEASE NOTE this limit is over both days – so 2 events on 1 day or 1 event each day.
Max of TWO athletes from a school per event.
If an athlete is competing as both a Minor and Junior then you should enter them on 2 separate rows – once line for Minor events, one line for Junior events.
Save As putting the name of your school as the file name. Make sure it uniquely identifies your school (eg stjoestulla.xls not stjoes.xls)
Attach the entry form to an email. Send to email@example.com

STEP 2 – REGISTRATION
You must register your school online using the link below. Only the designated school contact may register a school.

STEP 3 – PAYMENT
Please bring the printed registration confirmation email with correct full payment (cash or cheque payable to “North Munster Schools Athletics Association“). No form and fee – no numbers. Please do NOT post entry fees in advance.
Entry fee due is calculated as flat rate €5 per athlete + €10 per relay team.
If your school is not affiliated please go to the REGISTRATION section of this website. If your affiliation fee has not been received by 5pm on the eve of Day 1 then unless it is paid along with entry fees, athlete numbers will not be released.
Schools who are not affiliated (ie affiliation fee received) will not be able to participate under any circumstances. This is due to insurance implications.
