Download the entry form and save this to your computer. ENTRY FORM FOR 2017
There are 3 (work)sheets in this file – Boys, Girls & Relays. Please ensure the correct data goes into the correct sheet.
Make sure to enter the School Name in the first column. This is only needed for the first athlete.
Enter the athlete’s first name, surname and age grade (M, J, I or S) and then put an X in the box for each event – max 2 events per day + 1 relay. Max 2 athletes per event.
If an athlete is competing as both a Minor and Junior then you should enter them on 2 separate rows – once line for Minor events, one line for Junior events.
Save As putting the name of your school as the file name. Make sure it uniquely identifies your school (eg stjoestulla.xls not stjoes.xls)
Attach the entry form to an email.

Postal entries will not be accepted – entries should be submitted by email as per instructions above.
Please print and complete the payment form based on your school’s entries. PAYMENT FORM FOR 2017
At registration please have the completed payment form and correct full payment (cash or cheque payable to “North Munster Schools Athletics Association“). No form and fee – no numbers. Please do NOT post entry fees in advance.
If your school is not affiliated please go to the REGISTRATION section of this website. If your affiliation fee has not been received by 5pm on the eve of Day 1 then unless it is paid along with entry fees, athlete numbers will not be released.
Schools who are not affiliated (ie affiliation fee received) will not be able to participate under any circumstances. This is due to insurance implications.
