The results for 2012 Track & Field Championships are available from the Results section on the website. Congratulations not only to all who won medals but to everyone who participated. Thank you also to all those who volunteered for the running of Championships without whom nothing would happen.
Munster Championships:
All hammer throwers must provide their own regulation hammer.
Only 2 athletes from same school per event
Only 2 events (+ relay) per athlete per day
First 3 in all events qualify for Munster Track & Field on 19th May
U16 Mile on Day 2 will be open for entries on the day.
The North Munster Schools Track & Field will take place on Tuesday 8th May in Castleisland and Thursday 10th May in UL.
Entries will close on Thursday 3rd May at 11am.
ONLINE ENTRY FEES
Online entries are €2.50 per entry (ie 1 athlete doing 3 events = 3 entries = €7.50)
Relays are €8 per team
POSTAL ENTRY FEES
Postal entries are €3 per entry (eg 1 athlete doing 3 events = 3 entries = €9).
Relays are €10 per team.
Results will be added to this post as they become available.
Qualifiers for Munster
You must notify Liam O’Brien (see www.munsterschoolsathletics.org) by 6th February if there are any changes or additions to your team competing in Munster Championships.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all athlete details are correct.
Congratulations to all those who competed and thank you to all those who helped.
A reminder if you have not paid your affiliation fee please do so immediately.
The North Munster Schools Cross-Country Championships will take place in Salesian Secondary College, Pallaskenry on Thursday 26th January 2012.
